The king room was cozy with air conditioning, private bathroom, and comfortable bed. The pillows were super nice too. Late-night check-in was a lifesaver after a long drive. The staff was super friendly, making everything easy. No complaints about the stay!

The location was a major plus, making it easy to explore local gems like the beautiful Chalco Hills Recreation Area and enjoy tasty meals at Azteca Mexican Family Restaurant, just a quick walk away. plus, the friendly staff made my stay all the more enjoyable as I appreciated the cleanliness of my room despite some minor wear and tear in the linens and towels, but it could definitely use some updated bath linens to elevate the experience.

The bar had karaoke night and great drinks. it was a fun night out! Definitely a cool add-on.

the location is great, very close to shopping and restaurants. the helpful front desk staff made check-in seamless. it was nice to find a clean king room non-smoking, despite what others experienced. it seemed well-kept overall, so i felt comfortable during my stay.
